Brian Harding

Brian Harding has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Brian currently holds the role of SVP, Chief Accounting Officer at Ultra Clean Technology since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as Vice President Corporate Controller at The Greenbrier Companies from March 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they held various roles at FLIR Systems, including VP Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer from May 2016 to March 2020, and Director of Corporate Finance and Accounting from May 2014 to May 2016. Brian also has experience working at KPMG, where they served as a Senior Manager, Audit from May 2011 to May 2014, and held other managerial positions in the US and international offices. Brian started their career as a Tax Accountant Intern at Talbot, Korvola & Warwick, LLP in 2002.

Brian Harding studied at Pacific University from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance. Brian then attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business for the Executive Leadership and Innovation Program. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), obtained from the Oregon Board of Accountancy.
