Itamar Doron

Itamar Doron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Itamar currently serves as the VP Global Manufacturing - Fluid Solutions at Ultra Clean Technology since April 2021. Prior to that, they were the VP of Global Manufacturing at HAM-LET Valves and Fittings from September 2018 to March 2021.

Before their tenure at HAM-LET, Doron held several positions at Iscar, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer in 1996 and later becoming the Technical Office Manager. Itamar also served as the Infrastructure & Maintenance Manager, where they played a crucial role in reorganizing the maintenance teams and expanding the plant SCADA system. Additionally, they were the Production Division Manager, overseeing 5 factories with more than 500 employees and spearheading initiatives that significantly increased their profitability and efficiency.

Doron's early career began as an R&D Engineer at Polyziv Plastics in 1993.

Itamar Doron completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1993. They also pursued an MBA-Global Management from Reichman University from 2011 to 2013.
