Jim Pursiano

Jim Pursiano has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 when they worked as a Financial Analyst at Chevron. Jim later held various roles at Chevron, including Manager Planning and Finance, Specialist International Business Development, and International Business Development Manager. From 1999 to 2008, they served as the Managing Director Corporate Development at Applied Materials. Since then, they have held roles as a Managing Director at Focus LLC, Onyx Associates, and Reynolds Advisory Partners. From 2013 to 2018, Jim worked as a Principal at Venturi & Company LLC, completing over 40 M&A and capital raise transactions. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Strategic Development at Ultra Clean Technology.

Jim Pursiano has an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business. Jim also holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business. Jim previously obtained certifications from FINRA, including Series 7, 63, and 79, although they are currently expired.
