John Hendrickson

John Hendrickson, MBA, MS has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. John has served as Vice President / General Manager at Ultra Clean Technology since 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Ichor Systems, Inc. from 2016 to 2019.

John also worked at United Technologies as the Site General Manager at Propulsion Systems, Interiors-Fairfield from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the full P&L of a $90M aerospace company, overseeing multiple teams and functions.

Before their time at United Technologies, John was the Director of Operations at SPS Technologies, a division of Precision Castparts, from 2013 to 2014. John led a high-volume aerospace fasteners manufacturing plant, managing a large team and handling various operational responsibilities.

John Hendrickson has an extensive education history. John completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering at North Carolina State University in 1995-1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Oceanography, Chemical and Physical as well as Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology at the Naval Postgraduate School from 2006 to 2009. Subsequently, they earned a Master's degree in Financial Analysis and Investment Management from Saint Mary's College of California in 2015-2016. In 2012-2014, John obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Furthermore, they have additional certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in 2014 and as a Program Manager - Level II and Level I from DAU in 2009 and 2008 respectively.
