Tyler Muhn

Tyler Muhn, SPHR has over 8 years of experience in human resources. Currently, Tyler holds the position of Director, Human Resources at Ultra Clean Technology, where they are responsible for overseeing the HR function. Prior to this, Tyler served as an HR Manager at the same company, successfully managing HR operations across multiple locations and leading recruitment efforts. Tyler also held the role of Human Resources Generalist, where they collaborated with senior HR management to support various sites and ensure the effectiveness of HR activities. Additionally, Tyler worked as a Training and Safety Coordinator at Ultra Clean Technology, where they established and managed the Learning & Development program. Tyler gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern at the Sacramento Kings, where they assisted with recruiting and onboarding efforts. Tyler also served as a Human Resources Executive Intern at Target and as an SBS Sales Intern at ADP, where they developed valuable skills in sales and customer relationship management. Prior to their career in HR, Tyler worked as a waitress at The Cheesecake Factory, where they provided excellent customer service and worked efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

Tyler Muhn, SPHR, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University-Sacramento, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, Tyler earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution from 2010 to 2014. Tyler completed their high school education at Deer Valley High School from 2006 to 2010. Tyler also possesses the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in 2022.
