Gai Stephens has extensive experience in corporate affairs, serving in various high-level roles throughout their career. Gai began their career at EY, where they worked their way up from a graduate to a Taxation Manager. Gai then joined Luxottica, formerly OPSM Ltd, and played a significant role in the company's growth and transition into the world's largest eyewear company. During their time at Luxottica, Gai served as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, supported business evolution, and served on the Board and multiple Board Committees.

After Luxottica, Gai joined Hills Limited as the Director of Corporate Services and Company Secretary, where they played a key role in transforming the company into a tech provider through strategic partnerships and aggressive M&A activity. Gai also strengthened the legal function and associated management and governance structures.

Most recently, Gai worked at FirstWave Cloud Technology as the Company Secretary and General Counsel. In this role, they worked closely with the executive team and board to facilitate capital raises, shape a global business growth strategy, and drive an anticipated uplift in share price. Gai also played a role in identifying business development opportunities and ensuring compliance and governance.
