Nicole Gilhooley has a long and varied work experience. Nicole began their career in 1995 as a Research Consultant at Paulson & Cooper, Inc. In 1996 they moved to Allstate Insurance Company as a Web Administrator. In 1998 they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a Technical Solutions and Process Improvement Consultant. In 2000 they were a Technical Sales Manager and Implementation Project Manager at Plumtree Software. From 2012 to 2019 they were at The Avery Coonley School as Assistant Director of Admission and Marketing. Nicole also served two terms as a Village Trustee for the Village of Brookfield, Illinois from 2013 to 2019. In 2010 they were Program Coordinator and Volunteer Art Instructor at Brookfield/LaGrange Park School District 95. Since 2019 they have been at Ultra Consultants as Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and HR Administrator and Marketing Operations Administrator. Nicole also currently works at Nazareth Academy as a Visual Arts Instructor.

Nicole Gilhooley's education history includes a B.A. in Classical Civilizations and Studio Art from Loyola University Chicago, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994.
