Rafael Calderon

Rafael Calderon has over 18 years of work experience in the field of project management. In 2017, they began working as a Senior Project Manager at Ultra Consultants. From 2010 to 2017, they were a Team Lead and Senior Project Manager at IndustryBuilt Software. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Senior Implementation Consultant and Project Manager at The Createch Group, where they built a practice in Ontario by leveraging and modifying the existing processes and protocols in the Quebec-based headquarters. Theirfocus was on enterprise-sized customers with complex requirements and constant need for involved custom development. From 2002 to 2006, they were an Implementation Consultant and Project Manager at Hunter Business Group. During this time, they took over the Latin American and Caribbean customer base, with extensive travel to Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Theirfocus was on the medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of the region on AS400 ERP platforms.

Rafael Calderon received their Industrial Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1990 and 1995. In 1993, they also attended the University of Hull, where they obtained a Systemic Thinking and Consulting Practice degree. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: CPIM from APICS and PMP from the Project Management Institute.
