Nasriya Al Lamki has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nasriya started their career in 1992 at Japanese Oil Comp (formerly known as JAPEX OMAN) as a PA cum Payroll Officer, eventually transitioning to a Procurement Specialist role in the purchasing department. In 2002, they joined Bank Majan as an Assistant HR Manager, overseeing HR, training, and administration with a team of 10 people. Following the merger with Bank Dhofar in 2003, Nasriya worked as a Bank Officer, rotating through various departments such as loans, corporate, customer service, and operations. Nasriya later joined Omani Qatari Telecom (Nawras) in 2004 as the Head of Recruitment and Manpower Planning, leading a team of 4 recruiters. In 2010, Nasriya took on the roles of Director and Owner at Mays, as well as Head of HR and Admin & Facility Management at Ultra Electronics. Since 2015, they have been serving as the HR Manager at THALES OMAN.

Nasriya Al Lamki completed their MSc. in Global Human Resources from the University of Liverpool - UK from 2011 to 2013. Nasriya also attended the College of Computer and Information, studying Computer Science from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a CIPD QUALIFIED (MERIT) certification from OAKWOOD UK in 2010 and a Bullet Proof Management certification from CRESTCOM in 2009.
