Craig Neri

Craig Neri holds a diverse and extensive career in leadership and strategic management within military and consultancy sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Elara Nova and as a Senior AF/SF Business Development Manager at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, Craig also founded and leads Leadership Garage, a culture management and consulting firm. Previous roles include U.S. Beneficiary Trustee at the Operation Motorsport Foundation and Military Liaison at the Aligned Education Foundation, where efforts were focused on educating military families about VA home loan benefits. Craig's military background features high-ranking positions in the United States Air Force, including Senior Enlisted Leader and Command Chief, where responsibilities encompassed personnel management and global operations oversight. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in General Education from the University of Arkansas Grantham and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Executive Leadership at Liberty University.
