Anca Anastasescu

Anca Anastasescu is an experienced professional in business and project controls management, currently serving as Sr. Business and Finance Manager at Ultra Maritime since November 2024. Prior to this role, Anca held the position of Sr Project Controls Manager at Linesight from March 2022 to October 2024, and served as Project Controls Manager at MetroStar from December 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included establishing the Earned Value Management system using the EIA 748 guide and mentoring project managers. Additional experience includes roles at Michael Baker International as Program Controls Manager, CH2M as Project Controls Specialist, VSE Corporation as Project Controls Analyst, URS Engineering Group as Project Controls - Scheduler/Cost Analyst, and Washington Group as Planner Engineer. Anca holds a Master's degree in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering from Bucharest Construction University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
