Beth Smith Ceng Miet

Beth Smith CEng MIET is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in managing engineering projects and teams. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering Projects at Ultra Maritime since November 2022, Beth has previously held multiple leadership roles at BAE Systems from June 2008 to November 2022, including Programme Manager, Business Group Engineering Manager, and Deputy Head of Software Engineering. Prior experience includes a CSCI Team Lead position at BAE Systems Australia from 2007 to 2008. Beth holds a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, awarded from 1997 to 2000.
