Chelsea MacUmber

Chelsea Macumber serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ultra Maritime Canada since March 2021, with previous roles including Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Sonar Systems Canada. Chelsea's extensive experience encompasses a position as Supervisor of Human Resources and HR Generalist at IMP Aerospace & Defence from July 2016 to March 2021. Prior to that, Chelsea worked as a Human Resources Consultant at TC Transcontinental Printing and as Regional Employee Relations Coordinator at Shannex Incorporated, managing employee relations for multiple long-term care facilities. Chelsea began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at CGC Inc. Chelsea holds a University Certificate in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Athabasca University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Law from Dalhousie University.
