Richard Milstein has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Richard is currently the Co-Founder of Cyber Live LLC, an immersive Internet entertainment platform that combines real artists, audiences, and 3D avatars in a Metaverse space. This platform allows attendees to actively participate in events and offers a marketplace for artists and creators.
Prior to founding Cyber Live, Richard was the Co-Founder and Design Director at RedNoir, where they managed special events and logistics for private and commercial projects. Their clients included renowned artists, music labels, and major events such as Coachella and The Grammy's.
Richard also has a background in creative direction and production design. Richard served as the Creative Director and Production Designer at Ultra Music Festival, where they designed and managed stage productions and activations worldwide.
Before their ventures in creative industries, Richard worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at the Miami Herald and The Opium Group. Their skills in design and branding have been utilized for various clients such as Tiesto, Playboy, and Heineken during their time as the Founder and Design Director at Skylab Industry.

The ULTRA brand in relation to live events was founded in 1997 in Miami by Executive Producer, President & CEO, Russell Faibisch, who began by producing electronic music events which led to the inaugural Ultra Music Festival® in 1999 on the sands of Miami Beach. With the SOLD-OUT edition of ULTRA Brasil®, ULTRA Singapore™ having become a full scale two-day festival, RESISTANCE’s debut standalone South America Tour, and the debut of ROAD TO ULTRA®’s Hong Kong, 2016 was the brand’s most successful year to date. A RESISTANCE summer residency at Privilege Ibiza is confirmed for 2017, while ULTRA China will debut in Shanghai on September 9-10, 2017.
