Michelle Bowen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Ultra PCS, Michelle is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. Prior to this role, Michelle served as the Director of Human Resources and Diversity at Kansas State University Libraries, overseeing all HR operations and serving as the primary contact for HR functions. Michelle also has experience as a Staffing & Employee Relations Coordinator at the same institution, managing recruitment and serving on search committees.
