Amie Swanson

Amie Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 1996, they worked as an HR Generalist at Keykert before moving on to Sommer Allibert/ Faurecia Interior Systems in 1998. In 2003, they joined Brose as an HR Generalist and then transitioned to Faurecia as an HR Generalist/Program HR in 2004. Swanson worked at TPW Group as a Senior Recruiter from 2007 to 2015. Amie then joined Mobis North America as a Technical Recruiter for Advanced Engineering, Autonomous Vehicle from 2015 to 2017, where they successfully hired software and systems engineers. Following that, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kongsberg Automotive North America from 2017 to 2020 and reduced recruitment costs significantly. From 2021 to 2023, Swanson worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Criteo, where they focused on technical recruitment for R&D Retail media. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Recruiter at Ultrafabrics starting in 2023

Amie Swanson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oakland University. Amie has also obtained a Retail Media Platform Certification from Criteo in October 2022.
