Francine Zelaya

Francine Zelaya has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Francine is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Autodesk as the Director of Human Resources, where they led a global HR business partner team and played a key role in business development transactions. Francine also worked at Genentech as a Principal HR Business Partner, where they were involved in various aspects of drug development and commercial sales and marketing. Francine's earlier work experience includes roles at Wells Fargo, US Army Corps of Engineers, and U.S. General Services Administration.
