Natalia Maćkowiak

Natalia Maćkowiak has a diverse range of work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Their most recent position was at Ultragenyx as the Associate Director Regional/Country Clinical Operations Lead, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at bluebird bio as an Associate Clinical Trial Manager and later as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (in-house) from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining bluebird bio, they had roles at PAREXEL as a Clinical Site Manager and a Clinical Research Associate from 2016 to 2019. Natalia also worked at the Children's Memorial Health Institute as a Global Clinical Study Coordinator from 2013 to 2016.

In 2012, Natalia took a sabbatical leave to travel and learn English. Prior to this, they had experience at GlaxoSmithKline Poland as a Clinical Trial Administrator in 2011, and as a Clinical Trial Assistant in 2009.

Additionally, Natalia has a Master's degree in Management from the University of Economics in Poznan, Poland, earned from 2009 to 2011. Natalia completed the European Business Semester Programme at École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers, France, in 2010. Natalia also possesses additional certifications, including the Pearson LCCI Level 2 Certificate in English for Business obtained in 2008, and the First Certificate in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment obtained in 2006.
