Paul Elson

Paul Elson has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on market access, patient engagement, and patient services. Paul began their career at the Dept. of Social Services, State of MA as a Social Worker, where they provided support and services to families at risk. Paul then worked at Genzyme as a Senior Case Manager before joining Express Scripts as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Team Leader. Paul then moved to Shire, where they held various roles in patient services, starting as a Consultant and eventually becoming the Director of Patient Services. Most recently, Paul has been working at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. as the Vice President of Market Access Channel Operations & Patient Engagement. Throughout their career, Paul has developed a strong expertise in the areas of market access, patient engagement, and patient services.

Paul Elson completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Curry College from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Northeastern University from 1994 to 1999. Paul obtained their high school education at Brockton High School from 1990 to 1994.
