Wilson Lantigua

Wilson Lantigua, MSHRM, currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at Ultragenyx, having progressed through various roles in talent acquisition. Lantigua has extensive experience in collaborating with data analytics to create metrics dashboards, improving international hiring operations, and leading initiatives for new tools and contract negotiations. Previously at Regeneron, Lantigua led scheduling logistics for a scientific talent acquisition team and built relationships across multiple departments. Additional experience includes roles in education, employment training for individuals with mental health challenges, and human resources assistance. Lantigua holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut-Stamford.
