Alicia Pennington Harrison has held various roles in the technology sector since 1994. Starting as a Programmer 1 at California State University-Sacramento, they then moved to Continuing Development Inc | Child Development Centers as Director of Technology, where they developed a comprehensive database to track regional employees. In 1999, they began working as a Technology Consultant - Circuit Rider for CompassPoint Nonprofit Services, introducing technology to day care centers in five states.
