Binod Nambiar

Binod Nambiar has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Binod began their career at L&T as an Asst Manager in Personnel & Organizational Development from June 2000 to July 2008. Binod then joined Mahindra & Mahindra as a Sr.Manager - Business HR Partner from July 2008 to August 2016. After that, they worked at IFB Industries Ltd as Head HR from August 2016 to October 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources at UltraTech Cement, starting from November 2018.

Binod Nambiar has a diverse educational background, with degrees in different fields and from various institutions. In 1994, they completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, specializing in business and commerce. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master's Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at St. Joseph College in Trichy. In 2010 and 2011, Binod attended XLRI Jamshedpur, where they acquired a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Lastly, from 2013 to 2016, they studied at RKM Law College, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, with a focus on general law.
