Chandra Shekhar

Chandra Shekhar began their work experience in 2000 as a Resource Executive at P. G. Services, a recruitment and outsourcing consultancy based in New Delhi. Chandra then moved on to work as a Research Associate at Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO) in 2002, where they were involved in the development of a Psychometric tool. After that, Chandra Shekhar worked as an Asst. Manager HRD at Globarena Technologies, an IT organization focused on e-learning and e-security products and training. In 2005, they joined Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd as a Sr. Zonal HR Business Partner, responsible for implementing HR strategies and enhancing HR offerings. Currently, Chandra Shekhar holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at UltraTech Cement, a role they have been in since 2015.
