Manoj Kumar Napit has worked as a Territory Sales Head at UltraTech Cement since September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Sales Officer at Pidilite Industries Limited from March 2015 to September 2018.

Manoj Kumar Napit completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 2006 to 2008.
