Vaibhav Shirke

Vaibhav Shirke is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in the cement industry and sales management. Currently serving as Territory Sales Head at UltraTech Cement since January 2022, Vaibhav previously held the position of Area Head Rural at Birla White, managing rural trade sales across 11 districts in Pune, South Maharashtra, and Goa from July 2017 to December 2021. Vaibhav's career began at UltraTech Cement as a Territory Sales Executive, responsible for trade sales in Andheri, Mumbai, from July 2011 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as Management Trainee-Sales at Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd. Vaibhav holds a Master's degree in Marketing and PGDBM in HR and Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Late B S V High School.
