Colleen A. has over twenty years of work experience in the medical sales industry. Colleen began their career in 1998 as an Infusion/Injection Sales Consultant at BD. During their time at BD, they increased their market share in their territory from 52% to 83%, converted 12 competitive accounts to BD, and was recognized as Rookie of the Year for achieving the highest sales among their peer group.

In 2005, Colleen moved to Smiths Medical as a Marketing Manager for Hypodermics. During their time there, they managed and grew the Edge co-brand agreement with Cardinal Health, was responsible for the initial contact and follow through that lead to a Government contract for Hypodermic needles and syringes for H1N1 pandemic, and grew the Hypodermic portfolio overall at 18% over the prior year. Colleen then became a Regional Business Manager, where they managed the sales efforts of 7 account managers and 1 Specialist in a 7 state geography, and was responsible for the hiring and training of 4 new account managers and a Specialist. Colleen then moved to a Vascular Access Specialist role, where they worked to maintain existing catheter and hypodermic business.

In 2010, Colleen moved to Cardinal Health as a Region Manager for the Northeast Region - Presource Division. Colleen was responsible for leading a team of 8 sales representatives in the New York, New England and Northern NJ geography, and achieved a total regional sales volume of $157MM. Colleen also became a Vascular Access Specialist, where they provided sales and clinical strategy for Cardinal Health's relationship with Cook and presented CE credits at National APIC meetings.

In 2014, Colleen moved to Medline Industries, Inc. as Director of Sales. Colleen then became a Clinical Resource Manager, National Clinical Resource Manager, and Clinical Sales Specialist.

Finally, in 2022, Colleen moved to UVDI as a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast.

Colleen A. began their educational journey at Eveline Girls High from 1973 to 1978. Colleen then attended the University of Zimbabwe from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a BSN RN in Cardiac.
