Matthew Martinez has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Matthew began their career as a Brand Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in 2017 and worked there until 2018. Following this, they worked as a Marketing/ Social Media Analyst at 88.5 FM SoCal Independent Radio for a brief period in 2020. In 2018, Matthew joined Kings Combat Sports as a Taekwondo Instructor and Social Media Marketing Strategist, a role they held until 2021. During the same period, they also served as a Taekwondo Instructor and Social Media Marketing Strategist at the company. In 2021, they joined West Hills Hospital and Medical Center as a DPT Aide & Lab Technician, where they worked until the end of the year. Matthew's most recent role is at Ultraviolet, where they started as a Marketing Intern in December 2021 and then transitioned to the role of Community & User Experience Manager in February 2022, which they currently hold.

Matthew Martinez attended Los Angeles Pierce College from 2016 to 2018, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences. During their time at Pierce College, they also pursued a degree in General Studies: S.T.E.M. In 2018, they transferred to California State University, Northridge, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, with a minor in Business Marketing in 2020.
