Debora Paiva

Debora Paiva, MSc, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services, diversity and inclusion, and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as the Client Services Senior Manager for Americas at Ulula, Debora oversees projects that utilize technology to enhance communication within supply chains. As the founder of Inglês na Raça, a social impact startup, Debora provides English language and soft skills training to women, promoting gender equity. Previous roles include serving as a consultant for Ubuntu Labs, where Debora delivered diversity and inclusion programs for major corporations, as well as leadership positions in marketing and sales at companies like MedRoom and Elsevier. Debora holds a Master of Science in Corporate Social Responsibility and Strategic Marketing from Cranfield School of Management and has completed additional training in governance and branding.
