Kevin Knapp Bio

Kevin Knapp is currently a Board Member at Flatirons Habitat for Humanity and holds the title of Affordable Housing Development at Ulysses Development Group. Kevin also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Kevin previously worked at Element Properties as the Principal - Director of Community Development and at Boulder Housing Partners as a Senior Development Project Manager. With a background in finance, real estate, and sustainability, Kevin specializes in the development and acquisition of affordable housing and LIHTC financed transactions.
