Joel Gardner

Joel Gardner serves as Co-Executive Director at EarthPercent, having also held positions as Deputy Executive Director and Head of Partnerships. Since February 2020, Joel has been the Global Partnerships Director for both HERO The App and UMA Music Group. Prior roles include Sustainable Music Associate at Deloitte, Partnerships Director at Count Us In, and Director at Theobald Fox, a creative agency focused on music and purpose-driven organizations. Earlier experience includes marketing roles at Cambridge Audio and involvement with the London 2012 Olympics Partnership Team at BMW Group UK Limited. Joel holds a degree in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
