Monica Gallegos has an extensive work experience in the beauty industry. monica began their career in 2005 as a Retail Sales Director for La Prairie Group AG. In 2009, they took on the role of Regional Sales Manager for RèVive Skincare. In 2010, they became an Instructor for FIDM. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Regional Sales Director for Sisley Paris. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Vice President of Sales for Le Metier de Beaute. During this time, they were responsible for planning, implementing sales, marketing, and product development for a multi-channel luxury cosmetics brand. From 2018 to 2019, they were the President of Stratosphere Beauty Consulting LLC and the Head of Retail Sales and Business Development, North America for Augustinus Bader. In 2019, they became the Head of Worldwide Sales for Uma Oils and in 2020, they became the Head of Global Sales for U Beauty.

Monica Gallegos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of New Mexico between 1998 and 2002. monica then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from National University, which they completed in 2010. Additionally, Monica has taken courses in MBA at National University.
