Cecilia Cecere

Cecilia Cecere has extensive experience in labor market policies and job orientation, currently working at UMANA SPA since November 2020 as a specialist in Active Labor Policies. Responsibilities include conducting individual interviews, leading group workshops, and providing tailored training to facilitate job searches and market reintegration. Prior roles include work with Progetti POR FSE 14-20 and Fondo FAMI, focusing on employment inclusion for individuals with disabilities, and serving as a tutor at the University of Florence, where instruction in business communication was also provided. Cecilia holds a Master's degree in Public and Political Communication Strategies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, both from the University of Florence.
