Katia Favotto

Katia Favotto has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving at UMANA SPA since March 2000 and previously as an HR stageur at Benetton Group from August 1999 to February 2000. Katia holds a laurea in Political Science with a legal focus from Università degli Studi di Padova and has pursued further education in organizational work through Filosofia agile from September 2021 to July 2022. In addition, Katia completed a Master in Emotional and Social Intelligence at Npl from 2019 to 2020 and attended CUOA Business School, having also graduated with a classical maturity from liceo classico M. Valgimigli.
