Kristina Hamel

Kristina Hamel, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources. Kristina currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at UMassFive College Federal Credit Union, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Shriners Hospitals for Children for a total of 20 years, starting in 2002. During their time at Shriners Hospitals, they held various roles including Manager of Human Resources from 2013 to 2022, and Human Resources Generalist from 2002 to 2013.

Kristina Hamel, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Bay Path University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bay Path University from 2012 to 2014.
