Katia Hemken

Katia (Ekaterina) Hemken has diverse experience in the banking industry, starting as a Bank Teller at The Bank of Bennington in 2008. Katia (Ekaterina) then moved on to roles such as Customer Service Representative and Commercial Credit Analyst at the same company. In 2013, Katia joined Israel Discount Bank as a Credit Analyst and later served as an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Lending. Katia (Ekaterina) eventually became a Vice President before joining Sterling National Bank in 2017. At Sterling National Bank, they worked as an Associate Managing Director and Vice President. Currently, Katia holds the position of Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at UMB Bank, a role they started in 2021.

Katia (Ekaterina) Hemken received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Pacific State University of Economics in 2007. In 2009, they obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Management from the same institution. In 2011, they completed a Credit Analyst Diploma at the Northern New England Center for Financial Training.
