Kristin Highfill, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Kristin began their career at Premier Bank in 2008 as a Lead Teller and worked there until 2009. Kristin then joined UMB Bank in 2010 and held various roles including Retail Specialist, Teller Mentor, Operations Manager, AVP, Branch Manager, AVP, Regional Operations Manager, VP, Regional Delivery Manager, and currently serves as the VP, Sales Analytics Manager. Kristin'sexpertise lies in sales analytics, regional delivery management, regional operations management, branch management, and retail banking.
