DEI Master Faculty at UMBC Training Centers

Christopher "CJ" Gross is the CEO and Founder of Ascension Worldwide, where leadership development, business development, unconscious bias training, and staff development workshops are facilitated for various national and international organizations. Gross is also an author at Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group, focusing on class bias solutions in the workplace. Additionally, Gross serves as a DEI Master Faculty member at UMBC Training Centers, an adjunct instructor at the Community College of Baltimore County, and a DEI Leader in Residence at St. Bonaventure University. Previous experiences include consulting with Cook Ross and delivering a TEDx talk on the impacts of upbringing on education and access. Gross holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management/Entrepreneurship from Ashford University.
