Shawn Wolf

Shawn Wolf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and organizational leadership. As the founder of Outside Force since April 1999, Shawn addressed niche needs in higher education and successfully collaborated with several universities. Currently, Shawn serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, teaching courses on entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership. Additional roles include Senior Facilitator and Leadership Coach at GAME Inc. and Senior Facilitator at UMBC Training Centers, focusing on leadership development and organizational activities. Previously, Shawn held positions as President and Chief Operating Officer at Wright Manufacturing, Inc., as well as leadership roles at University of the Potomac and Eastern University. Shawn holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and various degrees in management and business administration from Eastern University and Bryan College.
