Jessica Guerrero

Jessica Guerrero has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jessica currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Umbrage since May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder of Kinetic Kono, a business strategy and innovation design firm, from June 2022 to May 2023.

Jessica has significant experience at Accenture, where they held multiple roles. Jessica was the Innovation Sales and Strategy Director from September 2018 to June 2022, where they focused on identifying sales opportunities and creating innovation account strategies. Jessica also served as the Co-founder and Client Services Director of the Houston Innovation Hub from January 2017 to August 2018, where they advised global companies on disruptive innovation and strategic transformation. Additionally, they led the technical divestment for the world's largest mobility retailer from January 2016 to January 2017, managing teams and overseeing contractual documentation.

In 2015, Jessica worked as a Senior Project Manager for Loyalty and Payments program, consulting with top US fuels retailers.

Prior to their time at Accenture, Jessica co-founded Thirteen48 Heights, a photography and micro-venue company, from September 2019 to May 2022.
