Jim Caudill

Jim Caudill has held various leadership positions in the aerospace and defense industry. Jim started as the Director of Aerospace and Defense Operations at Meggitt Corporation in August 2014 and held this role until March 2018. In October 2017, they joined Meggitt Defense Systems as the Vice President of Operations, where they worked until May 2018. From March 2018 onwards, Jim became the Director of OEM/MRO Operations and later the Executive Vice President of Operations at UMBRAGROUP.

Jim Caudill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Northwestern Ohio from 2007 to 2009.
