Joe Sheridan

Joe Sheridan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Joe has served as the US Director of Information Technology at UMBRAGROUP, where they managed technology for all US operations. Joe oversaw the implementation of a dedicated network and led a team of IT staff members. Prior to this role, they founded 1CAVEAT LLC. Joe also worked as the Corporate Director of Information Technology at Soave Enterprises, managing technology for over 40 locations across the US and Canada. In addition, they have held positions as the Director of Information Technology at Cayman Chemical, the Technology Director at the Municipal Employees Retirement System of Michigan, and the Project Manager at MHA Insurance. Joe has expertise in project management, system architecture, and application development. Joe has also worked as a Senior Software Developer at Sterling Commerce, Inc. and a Programmer/Analyst at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

Joe Sheridan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from Lawrence Technological University. Joe also holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Henry Ford Community College. In addition to their degrees, Joe has obtained several certifications including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2015, Masters Certificate in Program Management from George Washington University in 2010, ITIL V3 Foundations Certificate from ITIL in 2009, and PMI Project Management Certificate from Project Management Institute in 2005.
