Geoffrey Chen

Geoffrey Chen has extensive experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and production line management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Manager at 聯華電子股份有限公司 since December 1998, Geoffrey oversees lithograph equipment maintenance and production line operations in the manufacturing department. Prior to this role, Geoffrey worked as an Equipment Manager at 世大半導體, which later merged with TSMC, and as a Field Service Manager at Nikon Precision Taiwan, where responsibilities included maintenance and resources management for semiconductor equipment. Geoffrey began the career as a Field Service Engineer at scientek corporation, providing maintenance for Nikon steppers. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from 國立臺北工業專科學校.
