John Espinoza

John Espinoza has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada since August 1996. Prior to that, he held various HR roles at University Medical Center (UMC) in Las Vegas, Clark County, and Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.
