Martin Clinton

Building Performance Services Manager at UMC

Martin Clinton specializes in energy efficiency and building operations throughout the built environment. His background includes working for a major healthcare organization for more than 10 years and as a facilities manager at an acute care hospital for approximately five of those years. Martin and his team perform energy audits, facility assessments, facility support, Siemens BAS (Building Automation System) support and programming, monitoring-based commissioning, training, and more. Together with his team, he has performed more than 60 energy audits in the last three years. He has been a guest speaker for the Puget Sound Chapters of APIC, WSSHE, and ASHRAE. He has worked with NEEC (Northwest Energy Efficiency Council), WSU, Commerce, and various professional associations to help educate people on the implications of the Washington State Clean Buildings Performance Standard. Martin is also a Certified Energy Manager and holds his Certified Energy Auditor certification.
