Brittnee Sperling

Brittnee Sperling began their work experience in 2003 at Boardwalk Bar and Grill, where they held the role of Cashier/Assistant Manager. Brittnee'sresponsibilities included customer service, managing other employees, and general duties such as cooking and cash handling. Brittnee worked there until 2012.

In 2010, Sperling joined Dickson Supply Co. as an Accounting Clerk, where they performed general clerical duties such as filing, cash handling, and mail sorting. Brittnee stayed with the company until 2012.

In 2012, Sperling started working at UMH Properties, Inc as an Accounting Assistant. Brittnee'sduties included assisting with accounts payable, entering invoices and payments in Sage Timberline software, and conducting month-end duties such as bank reconciliation and mailing delinquent letters to tenants. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Assistant Controller. The end dates for both roles at UMH Properties, Inc are not provided.

Brittnee Sperling completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at Rider University from 2006 to 2010. Brittnee then pursued their Masters of Accountancy degree in Accounting and Human Resources at the same institution from 2014 to 2016.
