Charli Nighoghossian has a diverse work experience. They started in 2015 with a stage as an Ouvrier at BLMR. In 2017, they worked as a Work Away at Atelier für freie Baukunst. In 2018, Charli had a role as an Assistant ingénieur at INSA Lyon, where they worked on optimizing the geometry of spiral-conical gears. They also developed an application using PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) and managed the project. Currently, Charli is working at UMI since 2019, first as a Chef de projet - Innovation, and then as the Head of Insights and Research. The specific end dates for their roles at UMI are not provided.

Charli Nighoghossian began their education at Lycée Pierre Brossolette, where they completed their Baccalauréat in the scientific field from 2011 to 2014. Charli then attended Polytech Lyon and obtained their Prépa intégrée degree in general engineering technology from 2014 to 2016. Continuing their studies at Polytech Lyon, Charli earned their Diplôme d'ingénieur in mechanical engineering from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in June 2020, a TOIEC certificate from the TOEIC® Program in January 2018, and C2i Niveau 1 from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in July 2015.
