Lauren Berger

Lauren Berger currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Internal Communications at the University of Miami Health System since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from August 2011 to March 2023, including Director of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, where responsibilities encompassed developing a comprehensive communication strategy for over 22,000 employees and enhancing employee engagement through multiple communication mediums. Lauren's experience also includes roles in corporate communications and marketing at The Ohio State University and Bricker & Eckler LLP. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, and Spanish from Bowling Green State University.
