Rémy DELABAYS

Rémy DELABAYS has extensive experience in human resources and has held various HR leadership roles throughout their career. Rémy most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Umiami since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Director Opérations Groupe at LABEYRIE FINE FOODS from 2022 to 2022, where they provided operational support for HR business partners and led recruitment efforts. From 2021 to 2022, Rémy was the HR Director Group France at SGS, where they reorganized the HR function and implemented key HR processes. Before that, they were the HR Director Mamagement Unit France at Intersnack France S.A.S from 2019 to 2021, where they modernized the organization and managed social relations during an acquisition. Rémy also worked at AVRIL from 2013 to 2019, serving as the HR Director FMCG & Group Learning development Director and later as the HR VP OILSEEDS Division. In these roles, they managed HR for multiple business units and led change management initiatives. Prior to that, Rémy held HR leadership positions at Groupe Roullier, Lisi Aerospace, Rexam, ETDE, and Plastic Omnium Automotive, where they gained a wealth of experience in HR management and talent development.

Rémy DELABAYS has a Master 2 degree in GRH from Université de Bourgogne, which was completed in 1992. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1989, they obtained a Master 1 degree in Psychology from Université de Franche-Comté. Additionally, Rémy DELABAYS also holds a Maitrise degree in Social Psychology from Université de Franche-Comté, although the specific start and end years for this degree are unknown.
