Asaf Martinez Cardoza

Asaf Martinez Cardoza is currently an Investment Analyst at BlackGen Capital, with experience as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Michigan since January 2024. Involvement with RUF includes roles as Digital Outreach Coordinator, Ministry Team Coordinator, Inreach Team Member, and Event Coordinator. Asaf has also interned as a Finance Intern at Gordon Food Service and worked as a CRE Analyst with Project Destined. Previous positions include Campus Voting Initiative Fellow at the University of Michigan, various roles at RedWater, and a Poll Worker for the City of Holland. Asaf began a career in advocacy as a Canvasser for Susan B Anthony List. Educationally, Asaf is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Quantitative Methods at the University of Michigan, expected to graduate in May 2026.
