Brenda Vasconcelos-Ramirez

Brenda Vasconcelos-Ramirez is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives at the University of Michigan since May 2016. Brenda has held various roles within the University, including Clerk, Resident Advisor, and Intern for the Wolverine Pathways program, which aims to support students from Ypsilanti, Southfield, and Detroit in their educational journeys. Previous positions include Program Coordinator at Wolverine Pathways and Research Assistant at the Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation. Brenda's internship experiences include working at Detroit Medical Center's Detroit Receiving Hospital and Children's Hospital of Michigan, as well as participating in the University of Michigan's Summer Enrichment Program in Health Management and Policy. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Studies and Latino/a Studies from the University of Michigan, graduated in 2019, and is a graduate of Cass Technical High School.
